Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Phoenix, AZ)

Silverline Granite Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Phoenix plant. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of machine downtime and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with production lines. • A relevant degree or certification.
