Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Phoenix, AZ)

Redstone Meridian Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Phoenix serving households and small businesses, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
