Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Phoenix, AZ)

Greenridge Cross Legal Group is a Phoenix practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 487 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of trust accounts and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with intake forms. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
