Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Orlando, FL)

Bluepeak Meadow Markets serves neighbourhoods around Orlando with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of supplier deliveries and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with store inventory. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
