Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Omaha, NE)

Northwind Cedar Telecom is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on variance reporting for service installations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Model the cost of service installations and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with customer tickets. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
