Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Omaha, NE)

We are growing our team at Bright Ashton Banking Services and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be variance reporting. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Model the cost of fraud alerts and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
