Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Omaha, NE)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Yarrow Legal Group and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be variance reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of billing records and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with intake forms. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
