Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Omaha, NE)

Stonegate Granite Markets serves neighbourhoods around Omaha with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of online orders and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
