Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Omaha, NE)

Northwind Drift Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Omaha serving households and small businesses, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 741 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
