Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Oklahoma City, OK)

Silverline Field Financial Group is a financial-services company in Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of customer onboarding and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with vendor spend. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
