Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Oklahoma City, OK)

Silverline Drift Civic Services Associates supports public agencies in Oklahoma City with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
