Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Oklahoma City, OK)

We are growing our team at Summit Basin Civic Services Group and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be variance reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Model the cost of permits and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with public records. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
