Financial Analyst - variance reporting (New Orleans, LA)

Bluepeak Granite Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around New Orleans, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in New Orleans, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
