Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Nashville, TN)

Nova Juniper Foods Partners makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Nashville, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 394 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with production batches. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
