Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Silverline Union Civic Services and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be variance reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with budget submissions. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
