Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Nashville, TN)

Foxglove Ivory Banking Services is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on variance reporting for loan files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 638 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of loan files and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
