Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Nashville, TN)

Ironwood Ashton Foods is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on variance reporting for customer specifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of customer specifications and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
