Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Minneapolis, MN)

We are growing our team at Cedar Nest Financial Group and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be variance reporting. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of regulatory reports and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with account servicing. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
