Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Milwaukee, WI)

Harborlight Birch Legal Group is a Milwaukee practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of trust accounts and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with client files. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
