Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Milwaukee, WI)

Clearpath Meridian Foods produces packaged foods at its Milwaukee plant, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of cold storage and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with production batches. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
