Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Milwaukee, WI)

Bright North Financial serves customers across Milwaukee with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with account servicing. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
