Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Milwaukee, WI)

Clearpath Rowan Civic Services Partners works with county and city offices around Milwaukee, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of case files and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with procurement. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
