Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Miami, FL)

Ironwood Corner Markets is a Miami retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with shrink and waste. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
