Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Miami, FL)

Ironwood Yarrow Foods produces packaged foods at its Miami plant, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
