Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Miami, FL)

Cedar Beacon Manufacturing Partners is a Miami manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Miami. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of tooling and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
