Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Miami, FL)

Stonegate Quill Legal Group is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on variance reporting for trust accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Model the cost of trust accounts and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with billing records. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
