Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Miami, FL)

Greenridge Bright Financial is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on variance reporting for customer onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of customer onboarding and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with loan applications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
