Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Miami, FL)

Bright Granite Manufacturing Group manufactures parts and assemblies at its Miami plant, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 292 people based in Miami. What you will do • Model the cost of scrap and rework and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
