Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Summit Financial and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be variance reporting. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
