Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Madison, WI)

Greenridge Vista Financial Group is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on variance reporting for account servicing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Madison. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of account servicing and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with customer onboarding.
