Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Madison, WI)

Bright Kestrel Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Madison area, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Madison. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of learning materials and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with student accounts. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
