Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Louisville, KY)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Cross Civic Services and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be variance reporting. Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of constituent requests and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with case files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
