Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Little Rock, AR)

Silverline Systems is a Little Rock food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Model the cost of production batches and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
