Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Little Rock, AR)

Rivermark Kestrel Water Authority is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on variance reporting for billing accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of billing accounts and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with treatment plant data. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
