Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Little Rock, AR)

Bright Stone Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Little Rock working with agencies and riders, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of route schedules and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
