Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Bright Rook Manufacturing Group and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be variance reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 575 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of tooling and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with scrap and rework.
