Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Las Vegas, NV)

Nova Timber Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Las Vegas, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of policy renewals and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing. • A relevant degree or certification.
