Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Redstone Transit Planning Group and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be variance reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 69 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Model the cost of accessibility audits and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
