Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Las Vegas, NV)

Redstone Willow Learning Group is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on variance reporting for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of enrolment and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with attendance records. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
