Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Las Vegas, NV)

Redstone Vista Financial serves customers across Las Vegas with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 957 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of regulatory reports and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with payment disputes. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
