Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Las Vegas, NV)

Westbrook Umber Civic Services is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on variance reporting for public records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 57 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of public records and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with procurement. • A relevant degree or certification.
