Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Knoxville, TN)

Fernwood River Markets Partners is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on variance reporting for online orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of online orders and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
