Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Knoxville, TN)

Bright Granite Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Knoxville plant, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 171 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of work orders and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
