Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Jacksonville, FL)

Highbridge Umber Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Jacksonville. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 912 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of survey data and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
