Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Jacksonville, FL)

We are growing our team at Northwind Foods Group and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be variance reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 671 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of customer specifications and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with ingredient orders. • A relevant degree or certification.
