Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Jackson, MS)

Foxglove Beacon Manufacturing Group is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on variance reporting for scrap and rework, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of scrap and rework and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with machine downtime. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jackson. • We reply to every applicant.
