Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Indianapolis, IN)

Rivermark Bright Financial is a financial-services company in Indianapolis, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Model the cost of vendor spend and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with account servicing. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
