Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Indianapolis, IN)

Stonegate River Financial Partners provides savings, lending and payment services from Indianapolis, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of customer onboarding and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with loan applications. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
