Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Indianapolis, IN)

Nova Pine Financial Group is a financial-services company in Indianapolis. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on variance reporting. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of customer onboarding and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with payment disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
