Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Indianapolis, IN)

Amberfield Harbor Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Indianapolis, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with network equipment. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
